- Do they own a workshop in the UAE? Ask for the address and photos.
- Can they show a fabric library with named suppliers?
- Do they explain foam density (kg/m³), not just 'high quality foam'?
- Is the quote itemized — fabric, foam, labour, pickup?
- Do they offer a written warranty (minimum 12 months on workmanship)?
- Are their reviews on Google recent and detailed?
- Do they photograph work in progress?
- Can they show previous majlis, sofa or headboard projects?
- Do they offer free pickup and delivery within Dubai?
- Is the timeline realistic (5 to 14 days), not '2 days for everything'?
